针对离子源电源,提出了一种新型的高增益交错并联升压变换器.并详细地分析了该变换器的工作机理,给出了稳态工作性能分析和主要电气参数的实验波形.该变换器与传统的升压变换器相比,具有输出输入变比高、效率高、输出电流纹波低、工作性能稳定和控制电路简单的特点.最后,通过一个2kV、功率20W的原理样机验证了理论分析的正确性.
Neutron tube is an important research direction in the field of nuclear electronics and ion source power has significant influence for neutron tube system. A new kind of alternating inductance boost DC-DC converter is put forward for ion source. The basic operating principle of the boost converter is illustrated using periodic steady-state circuit analysis for each mode equivalent circuit in this paper. Compared with the traditional DC-DC the advantages of high voltage conversion ratio working performance and simple control configuration. Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed boost converter built and tested as a 2KV,20W output is verified and evaluated on the basis of theoretical circuit analysis.
