In view of the actual development in use process,the built-in ADC TMS320F281 xDSP problems of nonlinear error,a method of error compensation is presented.On hardware through REF3120 provide stable external reference voltage,on the software,the method of average and piecewise compensation method to further improve the performance of A/D conversion effectively eliminate the error.
