研究了不同脉冲次数强流脉冲电子束表面改性处理30SiMn2MoVA钢的耐蚀性能。结果表明,通过强流脉冲电子束处理后,30SiMn2MoVA钢的耐蚀性得到改善,经过30次脉冲处理后试样的腐蚀电位最高为-641 mV,腐蚀倾向性最低,腐蚀电流密度最小为6.91×10^-4mA/cm^2,腐蚀速率最小,其耐蚀性能最好。
The corrosion resistance of 30SiMn2MoVA steel treated by high current pulsed electron beam under different pulsed times was studied. The results show that the corrosion resistance is improved after high current pulsed electron beam treatment and the sample has the highest corrosion potential of-641 mV after 30 times pulse processing. The corrosion tendency is the lowest. The minimum corrosion current density is 6.91×10^-4mA/cm^2 wjich can get the minimum corrosion rate and the best corrosion resistance.
