目的:建立复方舒咳糖浆特征图谱,为完善该制剂的质量标准打下基础。方法:采用高效液相色谱技术,Symmetry C18柱(150mm×3.9mm,5μm),甲醇-水梯度洗脱,检测波长为283nm,柱温为35℃,流速为1.0mL·min^-1。结果:特征图谱研究的各项参数均符合有关规定,10批样品有12个共有峰,样品特征图谱相似度均在0.97以上。结论:本方法简便可靠,重现性好,为完善舒咳糖浆质量标准打下了基础。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC chromatogram of the active constituents of Shuke syrup. METHODS HPLC analysis was performed on a Symmetry C18 column (150 mm× 3.9 mm, 5μm), the mobile phase in gradient elution was composed of A:methanol and B: water, at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the wavelength was 283 nm RESULTS 12 common peaks were tested in 10 batches of samples. Compared with the standard, the similarity of each sample was greater than 0. 97. CONCLUSION This method was accurate, repeatable and useful for the quality control of compound Shuke syrup.
