有机相酶催化合成单甘酯对映体的研究

以固定化脂肪酶Novozym435为催化剂,有机溶剂为反应介质,油酸、甘油反应合成手性单甘酯,考察了溶剂对单甘酯的对映体选择性酯化反应的影响。分析了对映体过量值ee与溶剂的物性参数(疏水性LogP、介电常数£、分子体积、溶解度参数d)的相关性,结果表明,ee值与溶剂的分子体积、LogP都呈负相关性,在小分子溶剂或高极性溶剂体系,可获得较高ee值。

英文摘要:

The immobilized lipase Novozym 435-catalyzed synthesis of ehiral monoaeylglyeerol (MAG) was carried out via esterification of oleic acid with glycerol in various organic solvents, and the solvent effects on the enantioselective esterification were investigated. The correlation of the enantiomerie excess (ee) of MAG with the solvent properties as hydrophobicity (Log P), dielectric constant (ε), molecular volume and Hildebrand solubility parameter (δ) were studied. A significant negative correlation between ee and both the molecular volume and Log P were observed. The highest ee was obtained in solvents with small molecular size or high polarity.
