The authors point out that logistic alliance is a kind of logistic partnership relationship between logistic enterprises,and all these enterprises will trust each other, take risks together and share in the profits. According to the real case investigation on logistic alliance enterprises, the authors put forwards that realizing alliance enterprises' income and improving these enterprises' competitiveness are the two important optional factors. And most of the enterprises are willing to establish corresponding appraisal mechanism to evaluate their performance, and the degree of satisfaction of cooperation. The authors also point out that the emergence of logistic alliance and the establishment of inner-alliance collaboration mechanism is a kind of innovation in logistic alliance enterprises system.
