针对海岛开发与保护的客观需求，整理分析了海岛生态环境脆弱性相关研究进展并界定其内涵，运用关系矩阵研究其与开发适宜性、开发强度的关系，提出一种基于海岛生态环境脆弱性视角的海岛开发与保护多维决策方法。以南长山岛、崇明岛及厦门岛为例进行实证研究。结果显示，该决策体系对我国海岛具有较好的适用性，在海岛保护和开发方面具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。

英文摘要：

In order to satisfy the demand of island development and protection, a framework-based strategy must be implemented in the island management. Through conceptual and interrelation analysis about island eco-environment vulnerability, development suitability and intensity, this paper propose a multidimensional decision-making method of island development and protection based on the island ecological environment vulnerability. From method application on South Changshan Island, Chongming Island and Xiamen Island, it can be showed that the decision-making system has good applicability which has a certain reference and guidance to island develop- ment and orotection.
