详细探究了液相色谱流动相中有机溶剂的种类、含量、流速以及样品溶剂对多溴联苯(Decabromo biphenyl,BB209)和多溴联苯醚(Decabromo diphenyl ether,BDE209)电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)响应的影响。结果表明,从等离子体(ICP)对流动相有机溶剂的耐受性以及溶剂对溴元素的ICP-MS响应影响来看,异丙醇优于甲醇,甲醇优于乙腈。有机溶剂的饱和蒸汽压和含碳量是影响溴元素响应的关键因素。液相色谱的等度和梯度洗脱方式对溴元素的响应影响不大;在适宜的流动相条件下,流速对溴元素ICP-MS响应的影响显著,流速越小响应越高;样品溶剂对响应也无明显影响。
The effect of the liquid chromatography conditions including the kinds and the ratio of organic solvents of moblephase,flow rate and sample solvent,on the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS) response of decabromobiphenyl( BB209) and decabromodiphenyl ether( BDE209) was investigated. Experiment results showed that isopropanol was superior to methanol and acetonitrile,as for the tolerance and response of ICP-MS in different organic solvents. The carbon percent and the saturated vapor pressure of organic solvent played an important role in the ICP-MS response of bromine. The difference of bromine response between isocratic elution and gradient elution was not obvious.In addition,the flow rate showed a significant influence on the response,the lower flow rate,the higher signal response. Sample solvent had little impact on the bromine ICP-MS response.
