通过自主研发的高速链传动噪声测试试验台,并利用便携式AWA6290A型2通道噪声实时分析仪,对不同结构型式的汽车发动机滚子链在不同转速下产生的噪声进行了测试与分析。针对测量结果,根据链传动的运动特性,分析了高速滚子链传动噪声的频谱规律,得出了链传动的噪声成周期性变化,且随着链轮转速增加低频噪声增加更为显著的结论,对控制汽车链噪声具有实际指导意义。
Noises of the different type automotive engine roller chains were tested and analyzed at different rotational speeds by a test bench of testing noise of high speed chain transmission developed independently with the initiative in their own hands and a two channel noise analyzer in real time of type AWA 6290A. Frequency spectrum rule of transmission noise of the high speed roller chain was analyzed by tested results and kinematic characteristic of the chain transmission, to draw the conclusions that periodic variation appears in the chain transmission noise and low frequency noise increases with increase of the sprocket speed. The proposed conclusions has practically instructive significance for controlling automobile chain noise.
