为了对比不同形式的垂直轴潮流能水轮机的水动力学性能,基于商用软件ANSYS14.0的CFX模块,采用数值计算的方法分别模拟了固定偏角水轮机、自由变偏角水轮机、主动变偏角水轮机以及内外双层垂直轴水轮机的流场信息,计算并提取了内外双层水轮机的"效率-叶尖速比"曲线,以及其他形式水轮机在速比λ=2.0和λ=2.5时的效率值。同时还提取了各模型单个叶片所受切向力系数随位置角变化的曲线,分析各种形式水轮机性能差异的原因,最后综合各方面的因素对所研究的几种水轮机进行了比较和分析。结果表明:固定偏角水轮机在高速比时性能最佳,低速比时性能较差;自由变偏角水轮机、主动变偏角水轮机和内外双层水轮机均可以降低叶片载荷,在低速比下能量利用率优于固定偏角水轮机。
In order to compare the hydrodynamic performance of different forms of vertical axis tidal current turbines,the numerical simulation method was applied to simulate the flow field information of fixed angle turbine,free variable pitch turbine,active variable pitch turbine and internal and external double-layer vertical axis turbine respectively,based on CFX module of commercial software ANSYS14.0.The Cp-TSR(Tip Speed Ratio)curve of internal and external double-layer vertical axis turbine and power coefficient of other types of turbines atλ=2.0andλ=2.5 were calculated and compared.In order to analyze the preference differences of various types of turbine,the curve of tangential force coefficient changing with the position angle of a single blade for each model were also studied.Finally,several kinds of turbines combining various factors were compared and analyzed.Results show that the fixed angle turbine has the best performance at high speed ratio,but poor performance at low speed ratio,while the free variable pitch turbine,active variable pitch turbine and internal and external double-layer turbine can reduce the load of blades and have higher energy utilization ratio at low speed ratio.
