利用ADAMS软件对高重合度齿轮传动进行动力学仿真,分析不同转速和载荷下传动比变化情况,并与相同参数的标准渐开线齿轮传动进行对比分析;将加工出的高重合度齿轮应用于齿轮减速机,在机械传动测试试验台上,对其传动比的变化情况进行了试验测试.结果表明,与相同参数的标准渐开线齿轮传动相比,高重合度齿轮传动的传动比波动幅值较小,传动平稳性较好.
The dynamic simulation of high contact ratio gear transmission was carried out using the software ADAMS. The influences of rotation speed and load on transmission ratios were studied, a comparison made with involute gear drive with the same parameters, and a high contact ratio speed reducer produced. The transmission ratio of the high contact ratio gear drive was tested on the mechanical transmission platform. The results confirm that the transmission ratio of the high contact ratio gear drive has smaller amplitude value and hence better transmission stability than that of the involute gear drive.
