煤矿坚硬顶板是诱发各种动力灾害的主要原因之一,针对传统坚硬顶板处理的缺点,提出了预制定向裂隙高压水力致裂坚硬顶板技术。作为一项治理坚硬顶板的新技术,其关键参数及其确定方法缺乏相应研究,制约了该技术的工业应用。本文基于关键层弹性板与“砌体梁”理论,给出了坚硬顶板应力解析解与破断判据,在此基础上,研究了预制裂隙致裂顶板总深度、分层厚度、裂隙扩展后最大悬顶长度、预制裂隙倾角4项关键技术参数确定方法与公式,从而为该技术的推广应用奠定了基础。现场工业性试验验证了所提方法的可靠性,治理坚硬顶板型冲击矿压效果显著。
Hard roof is one of the main factors that inducing dynamic disasters in coal mines. As a new technology for controlling hard roof, directional hydraulic fracturing is lack of researches especially the key parameters and its determination method which severely restrict the industrial application of this technology. Based on the elastic plate and voussoir beam theory, the analytical stress solutions and fracture criterion of the hard roof are given in this paper. Four key parameters that total and fracturing thickness, sublevel fracturing thickness, maximum hanging roof after fracturing and the fracturing dip angle were put forward, at the same time the determination method and formula of the four key parameters were studied, the research results laid a foundation for the promotion applications of technology.
