本文通过改变喷雾的流量(压力)、喷射高度和喷射倾斜角对平板和切槽表面喷雾冷却进行了实验研究。实验用的强化表面是将表面切割出0.2mm高、0.2 mm宽的方形翅块。实验结果表明:流量、喷射高度均存在最优值,大的喷射倾角会削弱冷却性能;对比同样条件下的平板表面,切槽表面显著强化了喷雾冷却的性能,对流换热系数提高约30%。
Spray cooling of enhanced surface was investigated experimentally for various spray parameters,such as the spray flow rate(pressure),spray height and spray angle.The enhanced surface had an array of 0.2 mm tall by 0.2 mm wide square pin fins covering the enhanced surface.The results show optimal flat rate and jet heights to maximize the heat transfer,while larger jet inclination angles weaken the cooling.Compared with a flat surface,enhanced surface significantly improves the spray cooling heat transfer with the convective heat transfer coefficient increased by about 30%.
