某大型钢网架结构采用分段拼装、扒杆整体提升的施工方法,以该结构的施工安全性为研究对象,建立网架结构整体数值模型,利用有限元软件对网架及扒杆进行不同工况下的结构受力及变形进行了详细的分析,并估算了结构板在施工过程中的可靠性。计算结果表明:大面积大跨度网架结构采用地面分段拼装、拔杆整体提升的方法是安全可行的,研究结果为网架结构安全施工提供了理论依据。
One large-scale space truss structure was assembled in sections and then lifted as a whole by using derrick masts .Taking construction safety of the space truss structure as the study object ,a numerical model was built to analyse the strained condition and deformation in different working conditions by using a finite element software .The reliability of structural slabs in construction process was computed at the same time .The results indicate that it is feasible and safe to assemble the truss structure in sections then lift the parts as a whole by using derrick masts .This study provides theoretical support for the safety of the truss structure construction .
