特殊异型加固节点计算及分析

介绍某加固节点设计方案优化论证过程,设计优化后,将原钢带直接与钢骨梁连接的方式优化为对穿螺栓连接,通过对该加固节点的计算及数值分析结果可知:该加固节点具有良好的静力性能、较大的安全储备.施工结果验证了优化后的方案施工方便、可操作性强.研究表明:受力性能和施工操作方面均优于原有加固方案.该特殊异型结构的加固方案能够补充和提高现有的异型结构的加固工艺,对同类结构的加固具有较高的参考价值.

英文摘要:

An optimization of a reinforced joint’s design was preseated in this paper.As a result of the optimization,bolted connections replaced the original direct connection between steel belt and beam.By analysing the calculation and numerical simulation results,it can be concluded that the reinforced joint has a good static performance and safety margin.Constructions have already proved the good convience and operation of the optimized design.The research indicated that the optimized design had a better behaviour and manipulativeness than the previous design.The optimized design studied in this paper can be a supplement and improvement for exsiting reinforcement technique of profiled structure,and it suggests a highly valuable has a reference for the similar type of reinforcement.
