选取2001-2015年我国环渤海地区海洋生产总值作为海洋经济增长指标,以赤潮累计发生面积、含油污水排海量、石油类污染物的点位超标率和无机氮点位超标率作为海洋环境污染指标,构建了环渤海地区海洋经济增长和海洋环境污染的VAR模型,综合运用广义脉冲响应和方差分解两种方法对环渤海地区海洋经济增长与海洋环境污染的各指标之间的关系进行了探究。结果表明:①环渤海地区海洋生产总值与各海洋环境污染指标呈反向变动关系;②环渤海地区的海洋经济增长对海洋环境污染水平的影响显著,海洋环境污染有逐渐抑制海洋经济增长的趋势;③环渤海地区含油污水和石油类污染物的排海量是限制海洋经济增长的主要环境污染因素。
According to the GOP during 2001 - 2015 of Bohai Sea Ring Area as the economic growth indicators,as well as the marine environ- mental pollution indicators the amount of red tide occurrence cumulative area, oily sewage discharge into the ocean, petroleum pollutant rate of over - standard and inorganic nitrogen rate of over- standard, built the VAR model of ocean economic growth and marine environmental pollution, and used the generalized impulse response and variance decomposition for explore the relationship between the indicators of ocean economic growth and marine environmental pollution. The results showed that the GOP with the marine environmental pollution indicators was an inverse relationship. The marine economic growth in the Bohai Sea Ring Area had a significant effect on the pollution level of the marine environment, and the marine environmental pollution gradually reduced the trend of marine economic growth. The environmental pollution main factors of limit the growth the marine economy were the oily sewage discharge into the ocean and petroleum pollutant rate of over- standard in Bohai Sea Ring Area.
