本试验从内蒙古绒山羊下丘脑中提取总RNA,根据已发表的相近物种MTNR1a序列设计引物,利用逆转录多聚酶链式反应技术及组织原位杂交技术检测褪黑素受体基因MTNR1a在内蒙古绒山羊下丘脑中的表达及其分布,结果显示:MTNR1a基因在内蒙古绒山羊下丘脑中广泛表达,说明下丘脑是褪黑激素作用的靶器官。结果提示:褪黑激素对绒山羊季节性繁殖的影响有可能与下丘脑分泌的某些激素相互作用而发挥其生物学功能的。
In this experiment,the total RNA was extracted from the hypothalamus of Inner Mongolia Cashmere Coats,according to the published sequences of MTNR1 a primers designed with similar species,using RT- PCR to detect the expression of melatonin receptor gene MTNR1 a in hypothalamus in Inner Mongolia cashmere goat,The results showed that of MTNR1 a gene is expressed in hypothalamus of Inner Mongolia cashmere goats and illustrateted that the hypothalamus is the target organ of melatonin action.The results suggested Melatonin may affect the breeding seasonality of Cashmere goat by interacting with hypothalamic secretion of certain hormones.
