听觉系统传输通路是由听觉外周、听神经和听觉中枢组成。为了全面、客观、无创、及时地提取听觉系统传输通路的综合信息,本研究首次研发了听觉系统传输通路的听力指标综合检测平台,实现了在相同刺激声作用下,同时获取听觉外周的耳声发射(OAEs)信号和听觉中枢的听觉诱发电位(AEPs)信号,并进一步从同一刺激声作用下的OAEs和AEPs信号中提取出了特征向量,以表征整个听觉系统的功能状况及通路间的关系。为解答一系列相关的疑难科学问题和临床应用提供了综合、全面的分析研究平台和临床应用基础。
Auditory propagation pathway is comprised of auditory periphery, auditory nerve and auditory center. In order to obtain the information about auditory pathway entirely, objectively, non-invasively and promptly, a novel integrated detection system is developed for the first time to study the hearing condition. Otoacoustic Emissions (OAEs) and Auditory Evoked Potentials (AEPs) are acquired under the same sound stimuli, which represent the auditory periphery and auditory center respectively. After that, characteristic vectors, extracted from OAEs and AEPs signals under the same stimuli, are used to represent the condition of the whole auditory system and the relationships among different parts. The research provides an integrated, comprehensive analyzing platform and application basis for solving a series of challenging scientific problems and clinical applications.
