摘要:选取国内两种有代表性的高压电瓷样品,用XRD、SEM、EDS等手段观察其微观结构,并测试相关性能,从宏观性能与微观结构的角度进行了分析比较,探讨了微观结构的形成机理及与宏观性能的有机关联.并为提高高压电瓷性能提供理论依据与指导。
Two typical domestic high voltage electric porcelain samples are selected in order to observe their microstructure by means of XRD, SEM and EDS and to measure their relative performances. The comparison analysis is made from the point of view of the macro-property and microstructure. And the microstructure formation mechanism and its internal relationship with the macro-properties of the electric porcelain is investigated, which can provide the guide and reference to improve the high voltage electric porcelain performance.
