以钢铁冶炼厂干法烟气脱硫产生的脱硫渣为吸附主原料制备了除铜吸附材料。探讨了吸附剂样品对含铜废水中 Cu2+吸附效果;用 3 种动力学经验方程和两种热力学模型对吸附过程进行了动力学和热力学表征。结果表明:Cu2+的最佳吸附条件是 pH 值为 8~9,吸附时间为 1.5 h 以内。热力学和动力学过程拟合结果表明,吸附的动力学过程更符合准二级动力学速率方程,而 Freundlich 型吸附等温线模型能较好地模拟吸附剂样品对废液中Cu2+吸附的热力学过程。热力学和动力学分析结果表明,脱硫渣吸附剂对 Cu2+的吸附并不是单层吸附,同时存在物理和化学吸附过程。
The desulfurization slag produced from steel smelting plant during flue gas desulfurization process was used as main raw materials to prepare copper ( II ) (Cu2+) adsorbent. The adsorption effect of the adsorbent samples for Cu2+ ions in wastewater con- mining copper (II) was discussed. Three adsorption empirical kinetics equations and two thermodynamics equations were used to characterize the adsorption process. The results showed that the optimum pH value for Cu2+ removal is 8 to 9 and absorption time is 1.5 h. The adsorption kinetics could be best described by pseudo second-order kinetic model, whereas, the adsorption isotherms could be well described by Freundlich equation. The desulphurization slag adsorbent to Cu ( II ) adsorption is not a single-layer adsorption, and exist physical and chemical adsorption process.
