为考察在高温环境下,情绪心理应激对心脏窦房结搏动过程的影响。采用窦房结-心房细胞二维耦合实验解剖模型,选取温度变化系数、变化的倍数因子和内钙离子浓度等为调控参数进行调节。一方面,心理应激、环境温度升高分别都会引起心脏窦房结起搏活动发生变化。另一方面,当外界环境温度较高的同时受到外界刺激作用,则很容易引起动作电位时程变化,严重时会导致振荡停止。以上研究表明,窦房结体系起搏异常与温度和情绪应激密切相关,可为临床上医学预防提供一定的理论参考。
To study the effects of emotional psychological stress on the pacemaking of sinoatrial node(SAN) system under the condition of high temperature, we use the coupled two - dimensional anatomical models of sinus node and atrial cell system, and choose the temperature change coefficient , and [ Ca^2+ ]i. as the adjustable parameters. It is found that, on the one hand, the pacemaking of SAN may change with the psychological respond and outside temperature increase. On the other hand, when the outside temperature increases to high level, and psychological respond also is switched on the system at the same time, it is easy to cause APD change greatly, and even seriously lead to sinus oscillation death. It could be concluded that SAN system abnormal pacemaking is closely related to the temperature and emotional stress, and provide some useful reference for clinical medical prevention.
