采用包覆SiO2的聚苯乙烯作为单体,在油水体系中通过自组装获得了具有多级结构的球形PS/SiO2材料,经高温煅烧与溶剂溶解去除模板法实现三维多孔结构SiO2大球。通过SEM,TEM,BET,FT-IR等测试技术对样品的形貌和结构进行表征,并以Pb2+为模拟目标污染物,对所得材料的吸附性能进行了测试。结果表明,2种方法合成的三维多孔结构SiO2大球均具有较高的吸附性能。特别是溶剂去除模板法具有最高的Pb2+吸附容量,吸附重金属Pb2+量达到了63mg/g。
The pore structure of PS/SiO2 balls were self-assembled with coated SiO2 polystyrene as monomer in oil-water system,and the three dimensional structure of SiO2 ball was form by high temperature calcination and dissolve removing template methods.The products were characterized by SEM,TEM,BET,FT-IR.Results indicated that the adsorption performance of three-dimensional structure of multistage SiO2 ball have been improved.The silicon hydroxyl and generates larger pores were retained when the method of solvent removing the template was used and the adsorption quantity of heavy metal Pb2+was 63mg/g.
