以钛酸丁酯(TBT)为钛源,离子液体1-正己基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐([HMim]Br)为模板剂和老化液,采用溶胶-凝胶法,在低温常压下制备了Ce~(3+)掺杂锐钛矿相TiO_2气凝胶。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、静态氮吸附(BET)、紫外漫反射光谱(DRS)、透射电镜(TEM)等方法对样品结构进行表征,并对活性艳蓝KN-R染料的模拟废水进行了光催化性能测试。结果表明,此方法制备的Ce~(3+)掺杂TiO_2气凝胶具备锐钛矿晶型,晶粒平均尺寸为7.5nm,比表面积为235.170m2/g,最可几孔径为3.719nm,对活性艳蓝KN-R废水具有明显的光催化降解能力。
The Ce3+-doped titanium dioxide aerogels were successfully prepared with tetrabutyl titanate as Ti resource and 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide (EHMim]t3r) as a template and aging solution by sol-gel soakage method in a low temperature and normal pressures environment. The structure properties of the aerogels samples were characterized by XRD, BET, DRS, SEM and TEM, and the photocatalysis ability of KN-R was tested. The results showed that the sample prepared with the aging solution was anatase. The size, speciic surface area and most probable aperture were 7.5 nm, 235. 170 m2/g and 3. 719 nm, and the decolorization of KN-R solution was obvious.
