以某发动机用连杆为研究对象,使用UG软件建立了连杆的三维模型,导入到有限元软件ANSYS Workbench中生成连杆的有限元模型,与此同时,通过三种不同特性的材料分别对连杆进行模态分析,并得出三种连杆的固有频率和振型。计算结果表明:设计高性能、高质量的连杆需要考虑连杆的固有特性,其将为降低振动和噪声提供理论参考,进而避免发生共振现象。
An engine connecting rod is taken as the research object.The three-dimensional model of connecting rod is established by UG software.It is imported into the finite element software ANSYS Workbench to generate the finite element model.At the same time,through three kinds of materials with different characteristics,the modal analysis is carried out on the connecting rod respectively,and the natural frequencies and vibration modes of three groups of connecting rods are obtained.The calculation results show that the design of high performance,high quality of the connecting rod needs to consider the intrinsic characteristics of connecting rod,which will provide theoretical reference for reducing vibration and noise,thus avoiding resonance phenomenon.
