以某发动机连杆作为研究对象,对其进行运动和受力分析。首先使其大头端固定,对其小头端施加载荷,接着运用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对不同材料的连杆进行应力及变形分析,从而得出连杆的最大应力及最大变形,最后进行对比。分析结果表明:连杆采用材料C70S6时的综合质量相对较好。该分析结果可为今后汽车发动机连杆的材料优化提供理论参考。
This paper presents the movement and force analysis of an engine connecting rod.Firstly,the big head end is fixed,the little head end is applied load.Then,the deformation and stress of the connecting rods made of different materials were analyzed by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,and the maximum stress and maximum deformation in connecting rod were gained and compared.The results show that the connecting rod made of material C70S6 is of better comprehensive performance,which providing a theoretical reference for optimization of the automobile engine connecting rod in the future.
