利用转矩流变仪反应挤出制备聚丙烯接枝腰果酚(PP-g-cardanol),考察聚丙烯(PP)、单体腰果酚和引发剂过氧化二异丙苯按不同的原料组合和加料顺序加入双螺杆挤出机的螺筒对反应产物接枝率和聚丙烯主链降解的影响.结果表明:采取分开加料,混合均匀的PP和腰果酚先从加料口1加入,引发剂随后从加料口2加入的加料方式提高了引发剂的引发效率,制得的PP-g-cardanol接枝率最大,PP主链降解较少,熔体流动速率和毛细管流变性能均较好.
Polypropylene grafted by cardanol(PP-g-cardanol)was prepared by reactive extrusion by torque rheometer in this paper.The effects of the combination of raw materials and the feeding sequence of polypropylene(PP),the monomer of cardanol and the initiator of dicumyl peroxide(DCP)on the grafting ratio of PP-g-cardanol and the degradation of PP chains were studied.The results showed that separate feeding was beneficial to obtain the high grafting ratio and to improve the rheology behavior of PP-g-cardanol.It was the best way to put uniformly mixed PP and cardanol into feeding 1~(st),and then to put DCP into feeding 2~(nd).
