以天然产物腰果壳油(CNSL)和桐油(TO)为原料,在无光引发剂存在下用紫外光直接辐照CNSL/TO混合物涂膜,制得固化膜。研究不同光照时间、不同配比的CNSL/TO固化膜的物理机械性能、抗溶剂性能和耐热性能,并用FT-IR和TGA对固化膜进行表征。结果表明,经光照后混合物分子中的碳碳双键发生了聚合反应,涂膜得到固化。该固化膜具有优良的硬度、附着力、光泽度、柔韧性、抗冲击性能等物理机械性能,优良的抗溶剂性能及优异的耐热性能。
The CNSL/TO films were prepared using natural cashew nut shell liqtlid (CNSL) and Tung oil (TO) without photoinitiator under UV irradiation. The properties of physico - mechanical, solvent resist- ance and heat stability for films cured under different irradiated time and ratios of CNSL/TO were studied. The cured films were characterized by FF - IR and TGA. The results showed that polymerization reaction had taken place in C = C bond in the presence of UV irradiation. The cured films possessed good properties of physico- mechanical, solvent resistance and heat stability.
