To implement the construction of ecological civilization, we must establish and perfect the Chinese Judicial Mechanism, and ensure that it occupy core position in the construction of ecological civilization. To establish and perfect the Chinese Judicial Mechanism, we must establish and perfect the system of the environment court of China firstly ; establish and perfect the system of pubhc prosecution about environment secondly; and last estabhsh and perfect the system of ＂private prosecutor＂ of China ,which take individuals and organizations holding the post of ＂private prosecutor＂, who can amuse public interest litigation , and make it run well.
