目的:对马齿苋的化学成分进行研究。方法:运用柱色谱方法进行化学成分的分离纯化,根据其理化性质及其光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从马齿苋的70%乙醇提取物中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为环(苯丙氨酸-异亮氨酸)(1)、环(酪氨酸-丙氨酸)(2)、腺嘌呤(3)、木栓酮(4)和二十四烷酸(5)。结论:化合物15为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Portulaca oleracea.Methods: The constituents were isolated by column chromatography and identified on the basis of physicochemical and spectral data.Results: Five compounds were isolated from 70% ethanol extract of this plant and their structures were elucidated as cyclo(Phe-Ile)(1),cyclo(Tyr-Ala)(2),adenine(3),friedelin(4)and isoselachoceric acid(5).Conclusion: Compounds 1~5 are isolated from Portulaca oleracea for the first time.
