永磁直线同步电机(PMLSM)的结构参数对电机的力能指标影响很大,为提高PMLSM单位体积推力,需要对PMLSM的参数进行优化。利用Ansoft软件下的参数化功能,在保持极距不变的条件下,对Halbach阵列中切向充磁永磁体宽度进行优化,并且进行优化前后的PMLSM磁场和推力比较。结果表明:通过优化,PMLSM单位体积推力有了较大提高,并且优化时间短,优化方法简单,具有实用性。
Because structural parameters of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) have a great impact on power index, optimal-designed parameters are needed, in order to increase thrust per unit volume. The width of tangential magnetizing of permanent magnets was optimaly designed by parametric function of the Ansoft software under pole pitch. The magnetic field and thrust of PMLSM were compared be- fore and after the optimization. The results show that thrust per unit volume of PMLSM has been greatly im- proved by optimizing and toptimization short time, optimization method is simple and practical.
