提出了基于组态王软件和Pt100铂热电阻的温度采集系统的设计方法。首先,通过非线性的铂热电阻Pt100采集被测物体周围环境的温度信号;其次,将采集的电阻信号通过泓格I-7015模块输入,同时利用I-7520将信号传输进计算机进行数据分析处理;最后,在组态王软件上分别对冷凝冷却实验的实时监控界面、实时温度曲线、温度数据报表和报警等进行程序编写。
The design method of temperature acquisition system based on Kingview software and platinum thermal resistor PtlO0 was put forward. First, the nonlinear PtlO0 platinum thermal resistance is used to collect the temperature signals of the surrounding environment of the object being measured. Secondly, the resistance signal is input through the 1-7015 module of ICP DAS company, and the signal is transmitted into the computer for data analysis and processing by using 1-7520. Finally, the program of real-time monitoring interface, real-time temperature curve, temperature data report and alarm program are respectively written in King View software.
