在永磁同步电机悬浮的理论分析的基础上,对永磁同步电动机产生的电磁力进行分析,并且研究了电磁力的产生过程。最后通过有限元仿真软件ANSYS对永磁同步电动机的结构模态进行仿真分析,得到模态振型和相应的模态频率。研究结果表明,永磁同步电机的振动主要由定、转子之间的径向电磁力引起的,对电机的优化设计及振动控制分析提供一定的理论依据。
Through the analysis of the suspension of permanent magnet synchronous motor on the basis of theoretical analysis, Analysis of the electromagnetic force produced by permanent magnet synchronous motor, and studies the process of electromagnetic force. At last, through the finite element simulation software ANSYS, the structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor for the calculation of the modal analysis, modal vibration mode and corresponding modal frequency. The research results show that the vibration of permanent magnet synchronous motor is mainly caused by the radial electromagnetic force between stator and rotor, which provides a theoretical basis for optimal design and vibration control of the motor.
