This article used the following research methods：on-the-spot investigation,highlight general exploration,interview and combined with document analysis.Besides that,according to the national standard of classification,investigation and evaluation of tourism resources,which divided eight types of tourist resources,the article had an quantitative evaluation on the tourism resources development types in Huainan City by using AHP which built appraisal target system on the evaluation of tourism resources development types in Huainan City.The evaluation result could fully reflect the basic situation and characteristics of tourism resources.And it also provided the theoretical foundation for the exploitation and development decision of the tourism resources.
