以24份玉米自交系为试验材料,在玉米萌发期通过PEG-6000(聚乙二醇-6000)模拟干旱胁迫的方法,以胚芽长与胚根长伤害率来评价萌发期的耐早性,并且通过温室内不漏水塑料杯控制浇水的方法,以不同土壤相对含水量下苗高、茎粗和叶绿素含量的伤害率及复水后幼苗存活率来评价苗期的耐旱性。结果表明,在萌发期自交系齐318、丹599和K22具有较强的耐旱性;在苗期自交系丹599、SHl5、旱21、K22、丹3130等具有较强的耐旱性。
Twenty-four maize inbred lines were used as materials, by the injuring rates of sprout length and radical length, the drought tolerance at germination stage were evaluated using PEG-6000 to simulating water stress method; and by the injuring rates of seedling height, stalk diameter and chlorophyll content at different soil relative water contents and the ratio of seedling survival after re-watering, the drought tolerance at seedling stage were evaluated using controlled water method. The results showed that the inbred lines of Qi318, Dan599 and K22 were more drought-tolerant at germination stage, and the inbred lines of Dan599, SH15, Han21, K22, Dan3130, etc. were more drought-tolerant at seedling stage.
