为解决利用莫尔条纹测量大口径、高陡度非球面或离轴非球面时受光栅面积、CCD相机分辨能力等因素限制的问题,提出了利用数字莫尔条纹(结合数字相移技术)进行子区域拼接的非球面检测方法。给出了这种方法的基本原理,并对其步骤的实现、数学模型的建立、拼接算法的开发进行了分析和研究。结果表明,子区域拼接数字莫尔条纹法可以作为补偿检验以外的另一种非球面检测方式。
