以渤西油田海上平台中质原油作为研究对象进行岸滩模拟溢油生物降解实验,探讨了原油中金刚烷化合物的分布情况及其降解规律。结果表明:经过21 d的岸滩生物降解,原油中单金刚烷的分布变化较大:沸点较低的单金刚烷化合物相对浓度变化较明显,沸点越低降解越快,加缓释肥的菌液制剂较未加的降解更快。与单金刚烷相比,双金刚烷的分布变化不大,受生物降解影响较小,具有较好的抗生物降解性。通过t-检验分析,所选取诊断比值中,单金刚烷指标A6、A8、A12和双金刚烷指标A16、A17、A18较为稳定,能很好地指示生物降解21 d内油样的来源;金刚烷化合物诊断比值对于溢油鉴别具有重要的意义。
This paper presents the changes of the diamondoid compounds in the crude oil from the west of Bohai sea during biodegradation.The results showed that the distribution patterns of adamantane compounds in crude oil had great change after 21 days biodegradation: the losses of diamondoids by biodegradation were largely determined by their boiling points.The concentrations of adamantanes obviously decreased in the bengining time of weathering.The concentrations of diamantanes slightly decreased with an increase of weathering time and diamantanes had stronger weathering-resistant capabilities.According to the"Student's t"statistics,the ratios of A6、A8、and A12 had no apparent changes which could indicate the source of the samples during 21 days weathering.Diamantanes ratios of A16、A17、A18 were essentially unaltered after 21 days biodegradation which could indicate the source of the samples during short-term biodegradation.It implies that the diamondoids group could provide useful diagnostic means for spill source identification.
