针对复杂注塑模设计过程中的空间布局难题,提出了以重构约束的注塑成形单元需求-功能元-结构元映射模型为核心的注塑模适应性重构设计方法。通过功能元中引入的基于效应的行为理想区域和可行区域信息以及结构元中引入的行为区域信息,实现了面向空间布局的个体重构约束、隐性重构约束和显式重构约束的满意度量化评价,从而能避免或者显著减少结构元之间的空间协调冲突。给出了注塑模可重构功能元和结构元族模型、基于重构约束的功能元-结构元映射算法,通过工程实例验证了方法的有效性。
In order to help engineers solving the difficult problem of spatial layout in injection molding design, the adaptive and reconfigurable design methodology for injection molding was put forward, whose kernel was the mapping model of injection unit requirements to functional units to structural units based on constraints of reconfiguration. Introducing the behavioral ideal region and feasible region information based on efficiency into function units and behavioral region information into structural units, the satisfaction degree evaluation of personal and recessive and shown constraints of reconfiguration was realized, and the spatial conflicts among structural units can be avoided or reduced distinctly. The reconfigurable functional unit and structural unit model for injection molding and functional units and the mapping algorithm of functional units to structural units based on constraints of reconfiguration were given, and validity of the method is validated by an engineering example.
