为了在扩大产品配置空间、争取最优解的同时,提高配置效率,快速消解领域知识耦合过程中的矛盾,提出了一种基于可拓挖掘的产品方案再配置方法。将配置方案用物元对的形式表示,通过计算不同物元对间的传导效应,将一般性的配置知识转化为传导知识;建立方案再配置过程的矛盾问题转换方式,挖掘出变换过程中配置要素之间的相互影响;定量化衡量方案变换过程的可配置程度,揭示可拓变换对产品结构、性能和功能的影响,从而对配置过程中的可变知识加以分析、提取和利用,生成能够满足设计要求的可变方案。将所提方法应用于新型油锯的配置设计,验证了该方法的有效性。
In order to expand configuration space,generate the best solution effectively and to resolve the contradictions in the process of domain knowledge coupling,a configuration re-design method based on extension mining was presented.The configuration model at the form of matter-element was established to calculate the transferable effects among different matter-elements.The general configuration knowledge was transferred to transferable knowledge.The contradiction conversion mode in the re-design process was established to mine interactions among configuration elements in conversion process.The configuration degree in the conversion process was evaluated quantitatively so as to reveal extension transfer's influence on product structure,performance and function.Based on analysis,extraction and use of the conversion knowledge,the final configuration scheme satisfying design requirements was generated.Finally,the method was applied in the gasoline saw configuration design to verify its effectiveness.
