本文精确测定了AlZnMgCu系合金不同时效态析出相周围的应变场。结果表明:沉淀相沿惯习面方向的应变最低。当实验合金时效393K+10h时,主要析出相为GPⅡ区,其周围应变场应变峰值为-0.096,方向垂直于(111)Al,GPⅡ区附近有位错存在;时效393k+20h时,主要析出相为η'亚稳沉淀相,其周围应变场应变峰值为-0.08,方向垂直于(111)Al,在η'内部存在应变波动现象。并比较了不同析出相周围的应变场。
The strain field of different precipitates in an Super-high strength aluminum alloy has been precise measured.It was found that: The largest strain occurs along the habit plane normal direction of precipitates.GPⅡzones are formed by aging at 393K+10h.perpendicular to(111)Al direction,peak strain value is for-0.096 around GPⅡzones.There were dislocation exists around the GPⅡ-zones.The η′ precipitates are formed by aging at 393K+20h.Perpendicular to(111)Al direction around η′ precipitates,peak strain value is for-0.08.Strain concussion phenomenon was found in η′ precipitates.And the formation principle and evolution process of the stain field in different precipitates were discussed.
