采用拉伸性能测试、光学显微镜(OM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)等方法,研究了Al-Mg-Mn-Er合金组织及性能,分析了Er在基体中的存在形式。结果表明,合金中的组织较均匀,存在AlMg相和Al2Er相,大小为100μm左右,第二相分布在晶界上。材料抗拉强度为189.29 MPa,伸长率几乎为零。断口分析表明材料为沿晶断裂,这与合金中的第二相粒子及杂质相有关。
The microstructure and properties of Al-Mg-Mn-Er alloy and the from of Er present in the matrix was researched by tensile test, OM, TEM, SEM and EDS. The results show that the microstructure of the alloy is relatively uniform, which has AlMg phase and Al2 Er phase. The grain size is 100 μm, the second phase distributes in the grain boundary.The tensile strength is 189.29 MPa, the elongation rate is almost zero. The fracture analysis shows that the material fracture is intergranular fracture, which is concerned with the second phase particles and impurities in the alloys
