植物激素对植物生长发育具有重要作用,其准确、原位、在线测定,成为植物生理学研究的重要组成部分,亦是植物激素生理作用机制研究的基础。植物激素传感器通过转换特定植物激素的种类和浓度为可测量的光、电等信号,使植物激素的定性和定量测定简单、快捷,为植物激素生理学研究提供了基础。为了构建灵敏度更高、检测更快速、使用更方便的传感器,研究者们对各种可行的植物激素传感方法进行了详细研究。该文重点评述了近十年来植物激素传感器方面的研究,介绍目前植物激素传感器研究的最新进展。
Since plant hormones play sinificant roles in the growth and development of plants, the accurate, in situ and on line determinations of plant hormones take an important place in the study of plant physiology, and physiology mechanism of plant hormones. Plant hormone sensors that transfer “what” and “how much” about hormones into detectable optical or electrical signal, make the qualitative and quantitative detection of plant hormones simple and speedy. That is the basis of plant physiology study. In order to construct a more sensitive, speedier and simpler plant hormone sensor, researchers have been making great efforts to study many valuable methods for plant hormone sensing. The researches of plant hormone sensors during the last ten years are extensively reviewed, and the latest proceeding of researches are generously introduced in this paper.
