This paper analyzed the generated background,motivation,trend and existing problems of internet plus agricultural technology diffusion system,and put forward the improved internet plus agricultural technology diffusion system as follows： under the thought of internet,taking demand side as the guiding direction,taking new- type farmers as the main body,and taking the social network as the carrier; through the structural reformation of supply side,establishing a sharing platform,activating the operating mechanism,strengthening the system safeguard,and integrating the agricultural technology promotion and training by the government,the research,development and service of agricultural technology by enterprises,and the application and diffusion of agricultural technology by farmers.
