The full counting statistics of transport through coupled double quantum dots was studied based on quantum master equation. The numerical results show that the current steps depend on the level structure of the transport channels. The coupling between two quantum dots and between quantum dots with the electrodes determine the transport characteristics and shot noises. For a given coupling between two quantum dots,the negative differential conductance and super-Poissonian shot noises occur when the ratio of the intensities between the left-electrode and right-electrode coupling with quantum dots is less than the certain critical value which depends on the coupling between two quantum dots.
