在分析现有频率跟踪技术的原理及特点基础上,提出了一种基于高精度数字倍频的频率跟踪的新技术,实现了电能质量在线监测的频率跟踪,它的自适应补偿功能可以有效地减少倍频误差.消除了基波波动导致的计算误差,保证基频偏离工频时有效实现采样窗口与被测周期的同步。同时,在现场可编程门阵列FPGA上验证了该设计的正确性,使该模块可作为一个独立的单元嵌入到电能质量在线监测装置中。
This paper analyzed the principle and character of previous frequency tracking technique. A novel technique was represented, in which adaptive compensation was adopted to minimize the error of digital frequency multiplying effectively. This eliminated calculation error caused by frequency devia- tion, and realized synchronization of sampling windows and period. The results on field programmable gate array indicate that design is validity and can be set in electric energy quality on-line monitor device as an unaided module.
