针对现有基于数字倍频技术的频率跟踪存在的积累误差,提出了一种改进方法,通过在数字倍频环节引入自适应补偿功能,有效地减少了倍频误差,保证了基频偏离工频时有效实现采样窗口与被测周期的同步,同时在频率跟踪技术高精度、快速性要求上得到了明显提高。在现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)上的验证结果表明了改进设计的正确性,该模块也可以作为独立的单元嵌入到其他数据采集系统中。
By analyzing the principle and errors of the currently used frequency tracking technique, this paper presents an improved technique based on the digital frequency multiplying principle with high accuracy in power system frequency tracking. The adaptive compensation is adopted to effectively minimize the accumulated errors of digital frequency multiplying, realizing synchronization of the sampling windows and period. The results of verification based on FPGA show that the design is correct and can be used in other electric energy quality on-line monitoring devices as a single module.
