在高校人事制度面临全面深化改革的制度背景下,运用激励相容理论对西部高校人才引进中两个不同层次的激励相容问题进行了理论和逻辑推导分析,通过最优化条件的求解发现,对人事部门实行半固定式绩效工资更能促进激励相容,而对人才的引进和管理中应注重物质激励与软环境建设同步。研究揭示了改进西部高校人才引进工作的理论依据,并提出了具有现实意义的实现路径。
In the context applies incentive compatib of comprehensive deepening of reform in university personnel system,this paper ility theory to analyze the issue of incentive compatibility of talent introduction to universities in Western China on two different levels. The optimal conditions solution shows that the imple- mentation of semi-stationary merit pay would he a better way to improve incentive compatibility in personnel department,and that both material incentives and soft environment construction should be paid equal atten- tion in both talent introduction and management. The study provides theoretical basis for enhancement of talent introduction system in universities in Western China,and proposes feasible measures.
