本文以2007-2015年中国上市公司为样本,从供应商视角,探讨了供应商关系对企业财务绩效的影响效应与具体路径。研究发现:供应商集中度越高,企业财务绩效越好,企业提高财务绩效的路径主要是通过降低期间费用、提升存货管理效率进而提高企业财务绩效。进一步分析表明,总体来看,相对市场地位高的企业,供应商集中度提高企业综合财务绩效的效应在市场地位低的企业更显著,而且供应商集中度对两组企业财务绩效影响的路径也存在差异。市场地位低的企业主要通过降低期间费用来提高企业综合财务绩效,而市场地位高的企业则主要通过提高存货管理效率进而影响企业综合财务绩效。研究结论不仅丰富了供应链管理及企业财务绩效领域的文献,而且有助于企业管理当局更好地加强供应链管理实践。
Based on a sample of listed companies in2007-2015,from the supplier perspective,the paper studies the impact and the path of the supplier relationship on enterprises'financial performance.The study finds that the higher the concentration of suppliers is,the higher the financial performance of enterprise is,and that enterprises improve corporate financial performance mainly by reducing period fees and improving inventory efficiency.Further analysis shows that,compared with the market position of high enterprises,the concentration of suppliers to improve the comprehensive financial performance in the low market position'enterprises is more significant,and that path of supplier concentration on the financial performance of the two groups is different.Firms with low market position improve their comprehensive financial performance by reducing period fees,but those with high market position achieve their performance mainly through improving the efficiency of inventory management.The conclusions not only enrich relevant literatures of supply chain management and corporate financial performance,but also help enterprises strengthen the practice of supply chain management.
