Based on the present situation of technological innovation ability of construction enterprises, an evaluation in- dex system of technological innovation ability of construction enterprises is set up. Then, AHP method is applied to de- termine the weight of all indicators, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate technological inno- vation capability of construction enterprises. Finally, an empirical analysis is carried on a construction enterprise.
