目的初步探讨异常黑胆质成熟颗粒(异黑成熟颗粒)对肾血管性高血压大鼠的降压及保护肾脏的作用机制。方法选择SD雄性大鼠72只建立肾血管性高血压大鼠模型,随机分为6组:正常对照组、假手术组、模型组、异常黑胆质成熟剂低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,干预持续10w。采用无创尾动脉套袖法观察异常黑胆质成熟颗粒对高血压大鼠的降压作用,以及血尿素氮(Bun)、血肌酐(Scr)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)等血液生化指标变化情况。结果异常黑胆质成熟剂颗粒各剂量组均可降低大鼠血压,模型组与其他组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05),可降低血尿素氮、血肌酐、血管紧张素Ⅱ等指标。结论异常黑胆质成熟剂颗粒对高血压大鼠有保护肾脏正常功能和降低血压的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Abnormal Savda Munziq Granular on reducing blood pres sure and its possible mechanism in Spontaneous Hypertensive rats. Methods Seventy two male Sprague- Dawley rats were randomly assigned to 6 groups as follows: normal control group, sham operation group, model group, Abnormal Savda Munziq Granular of low dose group, Abnormal Savda Munziq granular of medium dose group, Abnormal Savda Munziq granular of high dose group. The mice were continuously given drugs for 10 weeks. The blood pressure were measured by Non-invasive tail artery cuff method, measured the decompression effect of Abnormal Savda Munziq Granular on renovaseular hypertensive rats, Blood Urea Nitrogen (Bun) , Serum Creatinine (Scr), Angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ) , Blood biochemical inde xes etc. Results Various dosage groups with abnormal Savda Munziq granule can reduce the rats' blood pressure, Comparison of model groups and other groups had significant differences (P 〈0.05), and they can reduce the Blood Urea Nitrogen (Bun), Serum Creatinine (Scr), AngiotensinⅡ etc. Conclusion Abnormal Savda Munziq Granular can protect hypertensive rats normal kidney function and lower blood pressure.
