通过氮化由三聚氰胺和硼酸为原料制备的氮化硼晶须前驱体制备出氮化硼晶须,并采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪和热分析仪对氮化硼晶须氮化工艺进行研究,同时对氮化硼晶须的生长机理进行探讨。结果表明:当升温速率5℃/min、氮气流量0.2L/min、氮化温度1 700℃、保温时间30min时可制备出长径比高、性能优良的氮化硼晶须。氮化硼晶须的生长机理可归纳为前驱体脱水、聚合反应、无机化反应和晶相转变等过程。
Boron nitride ( BN) whiskers were prepared v/a nitriding the whisker precursors, which were synthesized v/a the re- action of melamine (C3 N6 H6 } and boric acid (H3 BO3 }. The ni.triding process of BN whiskers was investigated by scanning e- lectron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry, respectively. The growth mechanism of boron nitride whiskers was discussed. The results show that the BN whiskers with high aspect ratios and better property can be prepared at a heating rate of 5 ℃/min, a nitrogen flow rate of 0. 2 L/min, a nitriding temperature of 1 700 ℃ and holding time of 30 min. The growth mechanism of boron nitride whiskers can in- volve the dehydration, polymerization, inorganic reaction and crystal transformation.
